The hotel's Concierge Desk serves as a central resource for guests' every need--from arranging babysitting services to procuring event tickets for Mexico City's array of cultural activities and arranging private tours. Chef Concierge Mario Torreblanca brings a depth of insider knowledge and experience to his position at The St. Regis Mexico City. A Concierge since 2001, Mr. Torreblanca has been a member of Les Clefs d´Or since 2005 and served as Director of the Concierge Association of Mexico City from 2006 to 2008.

Concierge desk hours are from 6am to midnight. Bellman staff is available to handle any request overnight.
